Maya Battery Factory, Iraq’s leading producer of high-quality automotive batteries, proudly announces the expansion of its exports to seven countries: Germany, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Mauritania.

This milestone reflects the growing regional and international demand for Iraqi-made batteries that meet global quality standards and have passed strict inspections abroad.

We have completed the first phase of mobilization of the plan, our plant is spread on area of 70,736 SQM while our shop floor is 17,583 SQM. 

We are excited to announce that we have complete the procurement process of the plant.

We will use SOVEMA (CW320/14) , Sovema’s breakthrough solution combines lead strip production and punching into a single line. Its “Cast & Punch” line produces punched grids with continuous flow form lead ingots to finished products.

The battery plant is designed with advanced technology to meet domestic energy needs and ensure reliable battery power. The project is proudly operated under the supervision of international consultants and in full compliance with global standards.
